This smoothie gives you a fruit, vegetable, and protein all in 1 cup. I often pair this with oatmeal or whole grain toast. What do you serve with your smoothies?
I love peanut butter and smoothies so am going to try this one. I've noticed when I add honey to my smoothies it just sits on the bottom of my magic bullet - so it will be interesting to see if the peanut butter does the same. I use my smoothie as my 10:00 snack, so don't eat them with anything.
ReplyDeleteGood luck. With my Ninja peanut butter mixes in fine. The only way I've found to get honey mixed into smoothies is to first stir it into yogurt.
DeleteI love a good smoothie. I am not a big peanut butter fan so I've not experimented with it. My favorite smoothie ingredient is raspberries.
