*Place in a gallon Ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to crush the crackers into tiny crumbs
Directions
1) Stir together graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and melted butter. Press into an ungreased square Rubbermaid 4 inch x 4 inch tupperware or similar. Any small container will do.
Putting it in a little container was perfect because I just popped on the lid and put it in the refrigerator. |
2) Top with melted chocolate chips. Chill 2 hours, then let sit out 15 minutes before cutting. Cut with a sharp, serrated knife into 8 pieces. Enjoy immediately. Store leftovers at room temperature.
